“I heard there’s lots of waterfalls here” inquired one of the adults. “Yes there is, and it’s great if they’re running! This place seems to have a plumbing problem!’ replied the guide. This memorial to our president who took us from the Great Depression through World War Two is large in scope. The memorial is divided up into four rooms, each room representing one term of his presidency. A fifth room, called the Prologue, was added in after the memorial was completed. FDR was the only president to serve four consecutive terms. It’s because of him that we have the Twenty-second Amendment to limit the presidency to two consecutive terms. Each room has different waterfalls, statues, quotes to represent what was occurring during that term of the presidency.

Note the order of the images as they appear in the gif. Each image is assigned a digit value depending on which room they appear.
 
If the image is from the Prologue room, the digit is 0.
If the image is from the First term room, the digit is 1.
If the image is from the Second term room, the digit is 2.
If the image is from the Third term room, the digit is 3.
If the image is from the Fourth term room, the digit is 4.
 
For example, if the image is the eagle, the digit will be 1 (from the First Term).
 
The final answer will be 15 digits long, with all digits being either 0,1,2,3 or 4.
