Remaining balance due in monthly installments: 9/2/22, 10/7/22, 11/4/22, 12/2/22, 1/6/23, 2/3/23.

Contracted prices are based on group size of 20 or more paying participants per motor coach (55 passengers max.) If the final number of paying participants totals less than the published price, the itinerary will be renegotiated or trip costs increased accordingly.

Academic Expeditions provides a Travel Protection Base Plan.  The plan is available to citizens of the United States and Canada and includes Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Accident and Sickness Medical Expense, Medical Evacuation, Baggage Loss and Baggage Delay coverage.

Additionally, during registration travelers also have the option to upgrade the Base Plan to also include Cancel for Any Reason Insurance (CFAR) at a nominal fee of $50 per traveler.  The CFAR premium is nonrefundable and allows travelers to cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure for any reason and receive reimbursement in the amount of 75% of trip payments made to Academic Expeditions that are not already refunded according to our Terms & Conditions.
