Adult Triple Occupancy: $920 per person (3 Adults, 2 Beds)

Payment Schedule
$100 Deposit required when Payment Window opens on 5/15/21.
Remaining balance due in the following installments: 6/4/21; 8/6/21; 10/1/21; 12/3/21 and 2/4/22.
Contracted prices are based on group size of 35 or more paying participants per motor coach (55 passengers max.) If the final number of paying participants totals less than the published price, the itinerary will be renegotiated or trip costs increased accordingly.

In the event that the trip is cancelled or you yourself decide not to travel, this insurance premium is the only amount that will not be refunded within 31 days of the trip:

The above policy relates to cancellations for any reason, or no reason at all, as it has no pre-requisites to qualify for beyond paying the initial trip deposit. If however, your cancellation or trip interruption is for a specific reason, such as a medical issue or an unexpected emergency, then you may qualify for a 100% refund of all monies paid.
